Issue Refund

Refunds can only be issued to posted payment links. You may issue multiple refunds up to the original amount of the payment link.

Refunds are issued back to the same payment method that was used to pay the payment link.

1. Visit Merchant Services → Payment Links
2. Select a payment link that has posted and click on Refund on the bottom right.
3. Input the refund amount and the reason. Refunds are processed immediately but may take a few days to post depending on the payment method used originally.
