Void Payment Links

Payments links cannot change the recipient nor the amount. If you need to change anything regarding the payment link, it's best to void the payment link and create a new one.

How to void a payment link

Only payment links that are pending or failed can be voided. Payments that have completed successfully or are processing cannot be voided since the payment is already inflight or complete.

1. Visit Merchant Services → Payment Links
2. Select the payment link you want to void and click on Void on the bottom right.
