Create a Payment Link

Payment links are unique links that allow you to receive payment via Exponent, Credit Card, and ACH. You, as the merchant, have control over which types of payment you want to accept.

Organizations must be onboarded into Merchant Services before they can create payment links.

Create a payment link

1. Ensure you have access to Merchant Services. If you do not see payment links in your navigation, reach out to your Account Executive to get access.
2. Visit Merchant Services → Payment Links and click on New Payment Link
3. Either select an existing customer or create a new one. Fill in the description, amount, and select the payment methods you would like to accept.
4. Click Create and Send and an email will be sent to the customer notifying the request for payment.
